The way of booking

To reserve, you need to send a confirmation email with the arrival and departure date, the personal data, included the address and the telephone number and arrival time.

A prepayment covering the costs for the first night is to be made to guarantee the reservation (payment via Postpay or bank transfer), the final payment will be at your arrival. The reservation will be considered "booked" when we receive your deposit.

Before continuing in the booking to attentively read the following Cancellation Policy, since booking to the contained structures in this site he intends accepted the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Room reservation must be cancelled via email.

1. Cancellation received 7 days before arrival: will be fully refunded;

2. Cancellation received 7-3 days before arrival, -50% of the first night;

3. Cancellation received 2-0 days before, -100% of the first night.

Privacy

In accord with the artiche 10 of the italian law 675/96, we declare it:

1. the authority for the treatment of picked data is: "Outlet Sweet Venice", Venice, Italy;

2. the picked data are necessari only to activate the room booking service;

3. the consumers are protected on the basis of Article 13 of the italian law 675/96;

4. our website doesn't use "cookie" technology;

5. we don't sell or don't transferr the personal data to natural or legal person;

6. with reference to the conferred dates, the Client can practice the rights of which to the article 13 of the italian law 675/96 ( access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition, etc.), turning to the authority of treatment.

7. with the compilation of the request of booking, the Client declares to be aware of the present Information and consents to the communication of personal data and the treatment of the same, aware that, in the absent of consent and because of established forgery of the given informations, the request cannot be satisfied.
